Our Commitment to Child Safety
OneTopic is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe community. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit any content, conduct, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to everyone who uses OneTopic.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly forbidden on OneTopic and will result in immediate action:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors
- Grooming, or any attempt to befriend or manipulate a minor for sexual purposes
- Sextortion or threats to share sexual content involving a minor
- Solicitation, sharing, or facilitation of CSAE material
- Inappropriate contact with or solicitation of minors
- Promotion, normalization, or facilitation of the sexual abuse or exploitation of children
Age Requirement
OneTopic is not intended for and is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old to use OneTopic. We do not knowingly allow users under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
We encourage anyone who encounters content or behavior that may endanger a child to report it to us immediately. You can report child safety concerns, including suspected CSAE or CSAM, by contacting us at admin@onetopic.com. This contact email is also available within the app. We review every report and act on it as quickly as possible.
How We Respond
When we become aware of a violation of these standards, we:
- Review the report promptly
- Remove violating content
- Suspend or permanently ban the accounts involved
- Preserve relevant evidence in line with applicable law
- Cooperate with law enforcement and the appropriate authorities
Compliance and Reporting to Authorities
OneTopic complies with all relevant child safety laws. We report child sexual abuse material and other CSAE concerns to the relevant regional and national authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and the equivalent authorities in other jurisdictions, as required by law.
