Debates and Voting
OneTopic facilitates debates and voting:
- One debate is active at a time
- You can vote once per debate
- Votes cannot be changed once submitted
- Results are based on community voting
- We reserve the right to moderate content
Moderation
We reserve the right to:
- Remove content that violates these terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Moderate debates and comments
- Make final decisions on content disputes
Intellectual Property
OneTopic and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OneTopic and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Disclaimers
OneTopic is provided "as is" without warranties:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Debate topics and content reflect user opinions
- We are not responsible for user-generated content
- Statistics and accuracy scores are for entertainment
Limitation of Liability
OneTopic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings. We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
